Wrong product
The item was sent with a European configuration. I needed a USA configuration. The return to the UK was a hassle and expensive.

The best advice I have is to get a Belkin
As a musician and lover of music using high quality equipment, I very highly suggested that you do not invest in this power supply. I returned mine as I noticed, upon using it for the first time, that the soundstage presented by my system was significantly squeezed, as well as having lost a lot of punch in comparison to when my Belkin 4 way was in place. I have no doubt that it would of been noticeable to the untrained ear with only the slightest attention. Bear in mind that the manufacturer recommends it for this setting as well as for home cinema use, suggesting that it is in fact a cheaply engineered product designed to fool. The best advice I have is to get a Belkin, preferably one of the older models as they have better specifications. I replaced this Tacima with a 5 year old Belkin 6 way, and there was a very significant difference in the performance of my equipment. They can be found on eBay regularly. You may think that your multi-way will not impact the performance of your equipment, but I learnt the tricky way that it most certainly does. At least this product taught me something.

DOES WORK -- BUT READ REVIEW -- DEPENDS ON PRODUCT --
The TACIMA -- mains conditioner -- does most definatley make a audible -- difference -- the sound becomes tighter in the bass - and becomes that bit more coherent sound wise --- (IMPORTANT PART) --- DO NOT PLUG IN --- POWER AMPLIFIER--INTO -- MAINS CONDITIONER --- it sounds like all the juice has been sucked out of the amplifier -- sound wise --- so if using on-- PREAMP --- CD PLAYER ---or put quite simply items that are not drawing a lot of wattage -- you should hear a difference --- also if you consider the price of the item --- fair bit of a no brainer --- :)

Detrimental to sound quality!
It does not live up to the manufacturer's claim that it helps to enhance your sound.I have a high end sound system with a Michell Orbe turntable, Origin Live arm, Lyra Delos cartridge, Cyrus pre-amp, dual mono amp, and a decent CD player. This mains conditioner destroyed the sound. The soundstage shrunk, and the dynamics were significantly reduced. Overall, it sounded like the music was coming from beneath a damp cloth. The sound had been unnecessarily dampened by this device. It was horrible. Reverted back to my B&Q 6 way extension and all was well again. How on earth Hi-Fi mags could rate this more than 1 star is beyond me. You'd think they would know, but then many industry reviews these days seem to be less than independent. You're better off investing in a decent support table/shelf rather than snake oil like this. Oh, and the company weren't willing to offer a refund, hiding behind the 30 day return limit.

What does it do?
Bought this in 2015. Twice now (2016 & last week) my amplifier has broken and actually melted the cone, well dust cover bit, in one of my speakers during a lightning storm. So I end up with a broken amplifier and a broken speaker. A burning smell around the amp and actual smoke coming from my speaker which is not something you expect to see! And yes, both times the amp was plugged into this. So my question ... what does it actually do?

BINNED IT! nearly blew my PA speakers!
I have wasted £36 threw it in the bin as it started crackling dodgy contact at a gig at 500W volume !! did the same at home when connected to mains. I daren`t risk a fire or a shock so have binned it.. highly disappointed with this and a waste of good money.ps made of Brittle plastic. First one returned as crap reset green button collapsed instantly
