Refund/Return Policy: Hatchimals purchased from MovePeopleMove can be returned for a refund by contacting MovePeopleMove within 5 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. All returns must be in the original, MINT FACTORY SEALED CONDITION and in the same condition that they were received. Products that have been opened, tampered with, played with or altered will not be eligible for return. We are unable to refund shipping costs and there will be a minimum of a 20% restocking fee. We reserve the right to deny any refund if the product is not received to our warehouse within 10 days of receipt or is un-sellable when returned to the warehouse.
