Having had the cue for a while before using it, the first time I used it I realised that the grain on the cue has not been checked as the grain is twisted to the point it is very distorted and therefore distracting, too late to return it, so it was a waste of money

the cue is warped/not straight
i wanted to play snooker but the cue is warped /not straight refund my money you have had cue returned it has been with you at least 3 weeks your standard is very low to have sent it out to a customer is amazing. You need to go to the opticians if you think the cue is straight
