Q: Are these mushrooms organically harvested?

Fortunately, they are grown in China NOT IN JAPAN. To be frankly, I am really afraid of radiation products from Japan right now.

The mushrooms are grown in China.

Q: Info says the size is 4-5 cm so about 2", are the mushrooms even in size?

There is some variance but most are the same size. More importantly I feel that the quality is good. The tea and mushrooms taste and smell ideal.

Yes, it is one pound dry weight, and that's a LOT of dried mushrooms!! A big bag; it will last me for years. The mushrooms are good quality and of sufficient size. R. Batzion
