I was more than satisfied when I received my mat and unrolled it. I loved the size options when choosing this product, so I could get the size that fit my space just right. The thickness of this mat is perfect. It is definitely an upgrade from the mat I had been using. The surface has a slightly grippy feeling on bare feet, which I really like. The back of it also is designed to hold well to the floor. I use this on carpet, and even though it might have shifted a little bit, that didn’t matter because the size of the mat was so big I still felt I was centered on my video screen. When my husband saw what a nice mat I now have, he decided to order one, too. I liked that there were several color options for the top surface of the mat. I would highly recommend this for anybody who is wanting to make their exercise as enjoyable as possible. Definitely makes a difference when you have a good mat. I feel it is helpful in motivating me to want to exercise more.

100% satisfied, would buy again, will recommend. I use it for stretching, yoga, calisthenics. Traditional yoga mats are too narrow for this 6 ft tall, 200 lb man. This mat is perfect. I use mine at home. I suppose one could roll it up and carry it to the gym, if you have a large vehicle and don’t mind getting stares :) it’s an extra large mat. Occasionally I’ll rest a weighted barbell on it but i don’t store any heavy weights on it (or use it under treadmill) for fear of damaging the mat. I believe it’s supposed to be a body weight mat as opposed to flooring that can support an exercise machine.

This mat is perfect for my small workout room. It protects the floor from equipment and is comfortable to exercise on. It looks great. It bunches up if I try to roll the treadmill over the surface. Other than that it's exactly what I need. It took 3 mats to cover my space. I appreciate the towels and carrying bags. Quality products.

Look, I only had this on my floor a short time, and found it did not work for me. I returned it, but I give it five stars bc Gorilla products really are a good thing, and this was clearly a quality mat. Problem: It provides almost no support for the barefoot workout, and could therefore lead to impact injury. It has much more the density of an equipment mat, hard and unyielding. The preferred Gorilla mat for workout, if you ask me: ASIN B077XLB6KP. I own THREE of those. Perfect, and see my review of that product. Amazon return was seamless as always.

We have been using this for over a year in our living room for twice a week gym night. We do a lot of cardio and yoga. The mats have been great and have prevented our carpet from being torn up. There are complaints about the mat moving. It does move a little but this should be expected since the material is a little stretchy, it does a little inch worm thing as you work out. All mats of this class of material are going to do this. To prevent this you would need a hard, unforgiving mat or you could glue this one down.
