This is amazing, sturdy and versatile. The long cord gives flexibility to use indoors and outdoors. The light is very powerful, and does get hot with extended use. I use it to illuminate areas that don’t require extended use. I’ve purchased another one to use in the field hooked up to a battery pack.

Definitely nice to have that for backup I keep mine in my vehicle it is a excellent to have the flashlight just plugged in ready to go that way when I'm stumbling around in the dark I can just use the one click button on the face.. I really like how it needs skin conductivity to activate the light That's a nice feature there's no need for batteries it runs directly off the USB power source that is plugged into so that's excellent no charging no batteries I like how it is on a scale that's dimmable with haptic feedback to let you know you're on the brightest setting

I bought this to use as a tool light on my drill press. I wanted a USB-powered light that would turn on when I turn on the drill press, and this was the only one I could find. I also like the package and looks of it. I combined it with a gooseneck from an an old, dead light and some magnets so I can attach and aim it wherever I want. My only complaint is the light color. Daylight--5,000-5,600K--is much better for detail work, especially with over-60 eyes. It took some modification to make a good drill press light from this. See pictures. I used a piece of steel angle, three neodymium magnets, some 1/2" Loc-Line and fittings and a fair amount of creativity and now it's about an ideal light for my purpose. It's unfortunate that there is NO mounting options provided. I used some slow-setting epoxy to mate the head to the Loc-Line after roughing and cleaning the surfaces.

This is such a handy useful USB LED light! As others have already said. I use it in conjunction with my NESTOUT Elecom power bank, simultaneously with my NESTOUT lamp. During a recent power outage I used this light and was able to have light where ever I wanted it, close-by, or separated from my other lamp light source. Use it as a remote powered trouble light in tight places, use case is pretty amazing. It's just COOL!
