VERY DANGEROUS SHIPPING METHOD (IE. RECKLESS)
This was shipped in a box that was too small. When the package arrived the container had the lid smashed down into the container. I cannot pour out the liquid properly, nor can I force the container back into proper shape. I will have to use a lot of force to try to get it fixed--but I risk spilling a corrosive liquid!!! If this had spilled during transportation this would have been a huge problem--image a poor delivery driver who now has 4 liters of corrosive liquid all over the vehicle and other packages. THERE IS NO EXCUSE TO USE SUCH A DANGEROUS SHIPPING STRATEGY--EVER. I AM NOT CONCERNED SO MUCH WITH MY PRODUCT, AS WHAT DAMAGE IT COULD HAVE CAUSED IF IT CRACKED OPEN AT ANY TIME DURING THE SHIPPING. AND I STILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH GETTING THE HAZARDOUS LIQUID INTO A SAFE CONTAINER WITHOUT INJURING MYSELF OR PROPERTY.
