Is this really work or just waist of 100 box

All these kind of detox for a few days work but only as a jump start to a real life style change. It is the real food habits change that brings results. These detox bring the loss of a few pounds which is great but you’ll gain it all back if you start eating the same way you used to before detox. It works but it works also I you eat clean ,no white flour, no sugar,no dairy , no sauces, no soda or juices, no granola bars either. and take any fiber supplement,any garcinja is Cambogia and any probiotic supplement out there in the store.And a good protein shake to fill you an substitute meals. And eat lots of veggies. Drink lots of water. But this is just a few days thing. You need a good clean eating plan!

Does this include full instructions for the 9 day plan?

This product comes with the first 2 days meal plan which is drinking soley the aloe drinks and supliments. After day 2 you continue with the product adding a low carb lunch and dinner for the rest 7 days. Also includes reciepe for the 7 days

Where are the instructions? how do i take aloe vera? amount? how many times a day? do i have to dissolve in water? i'm lost with this purchase!

Hello. Forever Living stopped including the printed instruction manual in their C9 Kits. You can access the instructions at www.foreverliving.com/fitbooklets You can also follow the instruction plan on their new mobile app for free instead of the printed manual. You can search for "forever fit" in the app store for apple or android. You will see that Days 1 and 2 follow one schedule and Days 3 thru 9 are a different schedule. You drink 4 oz of the Aloe Vera (right out of the bottle - as is) at the indicated times of the day from the schedule. You dont need to mix it with water, however it recommends you drink at least 8 of water each time you down a 4 oz shot of Aloe Vera.
