What color is the liquid? (Is it clear...does it stain)

It is amber colour, and it does not stain, it is very good for all the things on the bottle.

Will this kill toenail fungus?

Good question. I have no idea though. I suspect not, as fungal medication has different ingredients specifically to kill fungus. This is just a general antiseptic for cleaning bacteria in wounds, etc.
