Incomplete and damaged
I was shipped a valve assembly that was dented like it was dropped on the top outlet. Not a big deal for me as I am a metal smith and was planning on soldering in pex inserts (which I did). It was irksome at the price of the unit and most would not be able to do this. Next problem was that the plastic plaster ground face was not included (probably because the person that dropped the unit returned the unit without it). At this point I have soldered the unit and have it plumbed in so I am forced to run with it. No time for a new unit to arrive.Luckily I have installed enough of these, and have a facility that I can make work arounds. If you do not then check your pieces and the instructions to make sure you have all the parts in good condition. The unit looked like new except for the dent at the rim of the top connnector.

Worst
For all the talk about Moen and paying 3 times the amount of money, it leaks. The water doesn't shut off completely and drips from the showerhead. I used a professional plumber to install it.

Leaks out of the box.
Would not recommend. Bought two of these and one leaks. Very difficult to get product support. Call the 800# and they'll schedule a call back in a week. I'm dripping 5 gallons per day and can't shut it off without shutting the water to my house! Going on 2 weeks.

Defective cartridge and nonexistent product support
Plumber discovered that brand new cartridge leaked after rough in and tile. No choice but to replace cartridge, except it was impossible to contact Moen (automated system wanted to schedule a return call 10 days later) and replacement cartridges are just as hard to track down.

Leaks
Purchased, even after seeing other reviews, and the product leaks when turned off. Calling Moen tomorrow in hopes they can resolve. Very frustrated
