Series 3

The Braun Series 3 310s is an excellent choice for a reliable, budget-friendly electric razor. It gives a surprisingly close, comfortable shave for the price point, and is particularly good for those with sensitive skin. The Wet & Dry feature is a huge plus for easy cleaning or shaving in the shower. While it might take a couple more passes than a high-end model, the long-lasting battery and quick charge make it incredibly convenient. Highly recommended as a solid daily shaver or a great first electric razor.

Liked my expensive Braun shaver but wanted an extra for my suitcase on trips. This is perfect. Charge lasts a long time. Shave is equal to more expensive models, just fewer "features".

I am having this shaver for 1 month. I am a traditional bic single blade disposable razor shaver mon-wed-fri for more than 20 years. after the first try with this electric shaver. i was very disappointed. it did not give good results, and i felt irritation in my face. then after reading other reviews and learnt how to use it and what to realistically expect, i am a happy camper now. - give yourself 2-3 weeks and learn to use it, before you decide to return the product because you tried it once. once you learn the proper way of using this, you ll be happy. - I still do one good shave with bic single use disposable razor on sundays. mon - thurs i use this braun. fri-sat = no shave days. - this shaver works best if you use it daily. takes short stubbles best. if you use it every other day, the stubbles are longer and this is not very effective. - use any skin friendly oil before use. i use coconut oil on face and neck. this helps lube when the shaver glides over face. and coconut oil is a natural healer/ anti microbial. a bottle is like 5 bucks and lasts 3+ months - angle of attack is important. for face its a simple top to bottom. but for neck, its important you tilt your face and look 45 degrees on ceiling and go at the same angle from chin to the end of neck against the grain. for the chin ridge , go side to side. - apply after shave Colone. - have proper expectations. razor shavers gives the cleanest shaves. electric shaver have the gap between the blade and the skin due to the foil. so it wont be as close as a razor which literally scrapes the skin. but its a decent shave to go to office. you can feel the micro stubble when you feel your face. but it wont be noticeable. - on the upside, i think if properly used, an electric shaver is less damaging to the skin than a razor. - the greatest advantage is my week workday shave time has reduced from about 8 mts to 5 mts. and less procedural no foam, shaving cream application etc. - a braun shave for ~ 40 bucks, thats a good deal. i read these blade head last for 18 months. but even if they last a year, its totally worth it for the price.

Bought this as a gift for my elderly father with dementia. He was cutting himself a lot with the old style razor. With this one he's more likely to shave and he does it dry so we don't have to deal with shaving cream. He looks like he's getting as close a shave as with the old razor but much less cutting. It comes with a little brush for cleaning. The only bad thing (and it's not that much of a problem for us) is that it has it's own charger instead of a USB. My son has a similar razor made by the same company so he warned me but said he really likes his so we went with this. My dad wishes he'd bought one years ago. We're VERY happy with this purchase.

I really appreciate this razor, that gives me a close, comfortable shave with no irritation or pulling, flexible head that follow my face contours, the extra center blade to help cut longer second or third day old hair, fast motor, long-lasting easy to charge battery, lightweight ergonomic design, pop-up trimmer, blade protection cover, for a good price, makes this an excellent value that nicely does it's job. I hope this razor continues to offer new blades and the full unit is available years from now when I have to go buy again.

Felt I should leave a review after nearly a years use of this shaver. Had bought this shaver last September to replace a Philips that had became annoyingly slow which made things a bit difficult when trying to get ready for work and be out the door a certain time. When the shaver was new it provided a very fast and close shave way better than the Philips that I have sitting in the closet now, or the older Braun's that I had in high school and college. This shaver is easy to clean and maintain, replacing the head very simple. However as I used the shaver more and more started to notice little things. The shave was not as close as it was, started seeing hairs getting missed and if it was thicker or long would have to go over multiple times to get them. Replacing the head would take care of this problem but would start right back up a few months later after some use. When I was looking to replace the Phillips had found the Braun to be the most affordable at the time. 40 bucks is not that much in the grand scheme of thing but when you add the replacement head that was around 20 bucks at the time the cost starts to add up. Especially if you continue to use the shaver and have to replace the head every 4 to 5 months when the shave is not as good. That said I am not sure about long term use of this shaver from a battery life standpoint. I use this shaver 2 maybe 3 times a week and this morning my Braun had died. Worked fine yesterday and the days before but today not so much. This was charged on Monday thought maybe because its older that the charge did not last as long. Tried to charge the unit up and would not charge so in the garbage it goes. Hope this is a one off situation but thought I would add that in especially if you're thinking about getting 2 units at the same time.

Gifted this to my husband and he LOVES it! He's used an electric razor for years, but had been using a different brand/style with the rotary heads. When his old model needed replacement, he decided to consider other options. Braun was recommended, but since we weren't sure about changing from one brand/style to another, I purchased this Series 3 model instead of the most recent versions. It's not a fancy device, and it's not super quiet, but it works like a champ. Hubby's getting his closest shave in years. Definitely recommend!

for the price its a good quality razor that delivers a smooth shave. ive been a shave cream and blade razor shaver for 20 years since i have sensitive skin on my neck that used to be susceptible to irritation, even with preshave oils, from electric razors so i stopped using them. i took a chance on this since it seemed like it was priced affordably and wouldnt be a huge loss if it didnt work out . i was surprised-the foil head pivots smoothly and gives you a close clean shave as long as you move slowly and pay attention to the direction your hair grows. afterwards i didnt need any lotion and didnt have any irritation. i took off a star because it works well on short stubble but pulls a little on longer hairs if you dont trim them down in advance or wait too long to shave.

I have light growth, but like to shave daily. I've been shaving with a Merkur safety razor for years, with either Gillette or Astra blades, but wanted something that wasn't as time consuming. I was prepared to have some trade off against quality of shave, but this gives me a shave that's pretty good, and within a couple of minutes. Shaving in the shower, and with a bit of soap, it gives a mild shave; there's a little more razor burn than I'd expect from the safety razor, but it's not significant. I've had it a week and a half and the foil seems to be holding up well. As yet, I'm not sure what the point will be at which I regard it as reasonable value for money with foil replacement; up to now, I've been used to spending less than a tenner for 100 blades, which will last at least a year! I'm not sure that it would cope well with thicker or longer growth, but to be fair, I don't think it makes any claims to do so, and there are other models that are clearly better suited to this. Also, it charges quickly, and the charge seems to hold well. So, I'm going to give it a full 5- down the line, if either the battery or foil cartridge life isn't reasonable, I'll revise it downwards. If not, I'm still happy with it!

It is a very good electric shaver. following are the pros: 1. Ergonomics of the shaver is so good that it provides very firm grip over the shaver while using it. 2. Shaving is very smooth without leaving any scar on the skin. 3. Product gives best result when used on dry skin and the stubble is not more than one or two days old. 4. Since it is water resistant, cleaning under water is very safe and effective. 5. Battery life is very good. Takes less than one hour to get fully charged which is good enough for shaving twice, at least. Few cons: 1. It does not come with any accessories. Particularly the lack of side trimer makes it very inconvenient to trim sideburns. 2. Most important drawback is that finding the replacement head is very difficult as well as costly. Over all, it is a good product and one should try it without any hesitation.

Ya tenemos un mes con la ññafeitadora y estamos encantados, después de tanto buscar por fin encontramos justo lo que queríamos, afeita la barba al raz y deja la piel muy suave, y la recortadora es excelente para rebajar patillas, no la he cargado desde que llego así que la batería es muy buena. La recomiendo ampliamente.
