Wonderfully Sounds
Excellent pedal. It's actually quite versatile as well. There's a lot of wonderful sounds this creates. Excellent for recording.

Boss Flanger Pedal
I am using this Flanger pedal with a Lone Wolf V2 Delay pedal. I play Blues harp and the sounds with that "full (fat) crunchy" sound. I highly recommend the purchase of this product.

Nice flanger for the money
Nice simple and easy to dial in. Nothing wonky or fancy just the way I my set up.

Sometimes, good things do come to those who wait!
I had one of the originals of these back in the late 1980's. I wrote a bunch of Pink-Floyd-ish songs, and had a blast making all sorts of cool sound effects (spaceship landings, and explosions!) by playing with the knobs while playing with one hand. Someone stole the dang thing out of my car, and I was almost ready to plunk down almost $200 on a used one on Ebay, but I kept getting beat-out in the auctions, and I hesitate spending that much on old electronics, especially from Ebay. I was getting pretty desperate when I saw an ad saying that Boss was reissuing this pedal (with an improved mode, in addition to classic), and a couple of others. I waited a little while for some reviews to come out, and for the prices to drop, and was rewarded with a brand new pedal that works just like my old classic one, and the enhanced mode works great as well. Sometimes, good things do come to those who wait!

Classic sound effect
This pedal is another winner. Classic sound that you can't go wrong with. I use it in the FX loop of my "metal" rig, lol, in the photo. As one can see, I'm heavy on the Boss pedals. P.S. The Invective amp has a good clean channel for pedals.

Flanger quit working after 5 months of use.
Flanger BF3 worked great so that's why I gave it a 4 start rating however it quit after only 5 months of use. This pedal had only 30 hours on it so something inside failed. It was set up in my rig and as I was playing all the sudden my guitar stopped coming out of the amp. What a drag. I took it apart and changed the battery but I never use the battery as the rig has a power supply. I'm in the process to see it Roland will stand behind their product.
