Some of the batteries were too short when they were placed inside the mouse they wouldn't contact the terminals. I took a couple layers of black electrical tape cut to the correct size and increased the length enough to contact correctly. They charge and work perfectly fine now. I hope this can help someone else if others have this trouble.

They did give me a refund but I had to pay for the return that was not compatible with the Logitech Mouse stay away from buying this

They sent the wrong product at first and we sent it back. They replaced it immediately with 1st class post.ty

This item came on time well packaged and for price it was a good buy and now running my computer mouse for many years more.

Looked OK but when installing batteries in mouse and charger unit no contact was made unless the battery was pushed and held. It was not possible to wedge anything to ensure constant contact. These were returned to the seller who provided a return envelope and quickly refunded payment. Pity about the batteries but great service.

After a long time, began to change the battery charging cycle. Shows that the constant charging. Maybe it's just a coincidence.
