I had to order this twice.The first one that I received, one side would not attach properly, it would slide on but would not snap in place and would quickly/easily come unattached. I did not want my fitbit to just fall off my wrist because this so I returned it and purchased another. Since I ordered with Prime, it was really easy to return and buy a new one.The second one was able to snap onto my fitbit correctly. I was even able to use the tools that came with it to remove some links in order to get it to fit perfectly.I do have a somewhat small frame. My wrist circumference measures around 6".

Excellent product. People love this fitbit look. Nice if you are monitoring fit daily but need to have an upgraded look for dinners or business engagements. No need to bring extra watches. Many to select from. I recommended to colleagues and they say they are pleased too. Highly recommended. Shipping is fast and surprising when item arrives early.

It looks very pretty. I've received compliments. It was difficult to size, that's why I only went 4 stars. Update: Compare to some other bands this was a piece of cake to size so I've changed my review to 5 stars. I've actually used the tool from this one to size others. If they carried it in the gold, I would have bought from them again.

This band looks nice. I ordered it because the picture made it look like it had little crystals on it, but it doesn't. It looks sparkly because of the way it's cut. It wasn't too difficult to remove links, but only because I had another adjustment tool. The one that came with this band was broken.

I ordered this to have a dressier option on my fitibit. My expectations were not high, but this product far exceeded them. The band is very nice looking, like a larger tennis bracelet. The silver matches the the colors of the fitbit face perfectly for a seamless look. A cool little doohickey for adjusting the size of the bracelet is included with the package.

It's nice out of the package. The clasp is no longer working about 4 weeks after wearing it. It's cheaply made and not worth the money or hassle.

I love it & get compliments on it all the time. My only complaint is I had to leave an extra link on when sizing because it is too difficult to clasp with the extra link out. My fitbit still reads even with it being a little loose so it isn't a big problem.

The band is very heavy and bulky. I ordered a small and has to take out 4 links. The tool that comes with It to remove links is great. This band is not as feminine as pictured. I went back to using my original band.
