One year ago, the living legend himself Markus Schulz released 'Scream', an album that smashed borders and forever solidified his irrefutable spot within the world of EDM. Earning the respect of his peers and enormous fan-base alike, 'Scream' showed the commitment this man has to leading the way in the genre he helped found, and deservedly brought home critical acclaim. Never one to rest on his laurels and let the future come to him, Schulz set about the arduous task of compiling a whopping 17 track album with 'Scream 2', an undeniable opus from the well-established DJ and production mastermind.

No where as good as his first Scream CD
No where as good as his first Scream CD. It saddens me that all my favorite Trance DJ's are producing all this pop crap now and selling out. Do You Dream was his best CD.

Scream Continued
The title of this album should give you a clear idea on what to expect. This album is very similar to Markus 2012 album, Scream. I do feel that Scream 2 flows together much better as an album experience then Scream 1. This is probably because there are much more non-vocal tracks on here then what Scream 1 had to offer. To me this makes the album less commercial sounding. I was kinda disappointed that Markus included 3 tracks that were included on his 2013 city mix... His fans have been listening to these 3 tracks for roughly 6 months at this album's time of release (Remember This, Mardi Gras and Towards The Sun). Seeing how the rest of the album is so great though... I guess I'll forgive him!

Why Did He Call This Scream 2 ????
I just can't understand why he entitled this album Scream 2???I am a massive fan of Markus Schulz but come on Scream was just awful wasn't it. Except for I Like It.This album is brilliant. Nowhere near perfect but a great listen for Trance lovers like myself. If all the tracks stood up to the excellent Remember This and Destiny this would be the ultimate Trance album but it doesn't. It's certainly his best album of his work. But well worth a buy and DON'T be put off with its title. This does not stink of Scream!!

TOP Album
Markus Schulz at it's best: jeder Track ist ein Floorfiller. Man merkt das jede Menge Engagement in die Produktion geflossen ist um jeden Titel so zu entwickeln, dass er für sich schon ein Dancehit ist.
