Great for getting multiple cats into the vet
I haven’t officially used it yet — so far, have just been rolling cats around the house in trial mode (we have all Mr. Peanuts carriers). It’s going to be put to the test soon, when I have to cart multiple cats to the vet at the same time. I think it will make transporting from car to building (and back again) very easy. The spinner wheels work beautifully. It’s easy to set up and take down. I did want to comment on a few reviews where the customers complained about not being able to latch or lock the handle in an open and upright position (handle was collapsing on their pet). There isn’t a latch as such, but in the directions, it shows 2 sliders that you pull down after the handle has been extended. This will lock the handle in place. Hope that helps someone! UPDATE: Have gotten to use it (officially) when I had to take 3 cats to the vet on the same trip. I was able to stack 2 carriers on the trolly with no problem (had to carry the 3rd one). It rolled well and went over thresholds without any problems. It was a little wobbly, but held up well and seemed sturdy.

Very Good Experience As Pet Cart In Airport
I ordered this pet trolley to transport my 15 lb dog in the airport. Because of a hand injury, it was painful for me to carry my dog in her pet carrier in the airport, especially my local airport where it's usually a 20 minute walk from check in to the gate. My dog fits exactly in her carrier with space to turn around and the carrier fits perfectly under the seat when on the plane. It wasn't feasible to get another carrier with wheels that wouldn't fit under the seat or a backpack carrier, almost all of which were too small for my dog. I looked around for alternatives and found this Mr. Peanut cart. It's lightweight, weighing about 3 lbs. It does feel flimsy but if it was more solid it would weigh more making it difficult to lift at security and on board the plane. With my hand injury, I was able still to lift this easily. The base is 15 inches across and had just enough room for my dog's carrier, which is 17 inches across. It was very easy to fold and unfold when needed- such as putting in trunk of car, at the security lane and onboard the plane. When folded up, it fit easily into the security bin that goes through the X-ray machine and into the overhead space on the plane. I had no issues rolling it through the airport. It can be rolled like a spinner suitcase- from behind or right next to you. I've used it twice so far at the largest busiest airport in the US and it made flying with my dog so much easier. Other passengers asked me about this pet cart and commented they needed a more convenient way to transport their pets at the airport. I recommended this pet cart to them. The drawback is the price point which I thought was a little high but after how easy it made my last plane trip with my dog, I'm ok with it.

If you need a canine hand cart...
If you have a non-tiny dog and need to be able to roll their carrier through airports, this is one of only a few options. In that context, it can be a life-saver. I just took it on a trip and it did make travel significantly easier. I was most worried about whether it would fold up small enough to go into an overhead bin and whether flight attendants would challenge it as an "extra" piece of carry-on luggage. No problems there. It is also light enough to carry easily by itself. However, I question its sturdiness and I wish it had a catch when folded up so that it would stay folded up without being held. To be honest--it's useful enough that I'd be willing to replace it with some frequency, but if another company offered a higher-end one that felt like it would last longer, I'd likely switch.

THIS IS A MUST HAVE!!!! READ THIS FIRST BEFORE TRAVELING WITH SMALL DOGS IN THE CABIN!!!.
This Wheelbase Luggage Cart Made Traveling with My Senior Dog Effortless. Highly Rated!! Highly Recomended!! I have to take my 16 year old Shih-Tzu with me everywhere because it is impossible to find boarding for senior dogs who have a lot of medical needs. I have travelled with my dog before using my carryon suit case as a prop to carry my dog bag on top. I have had D... airline take my carryon luggage leaving me to strain to carry my dogs carrier which adds on an extra delay for me if wheel chair assistant is not available. I got The Mr. Peanut's Spinner Wheelbase Luggage Cart for my dog bag and I have not have the need to have any assistance traveling with my dog since then. I check all my bags and take the carrier the this wheelbase with me and I effortlessly put the wheelbase in the overhead compartment and the carry under the seat as required. It is super easy removing the dog carrier and adding it back on to the wheel base and the base itself is very easy to use. This has saved me time and struggling effort traveling with my senior fur baby. The wheels are very smooth and glides effortless on pavement, airport carpeting, floors as well as the isle on the aircraft. This is the best thing ever...either get a carrier with built in wheels ( make sure it can fit under the front seat of the type of aircraft first) or if you need for room for your pet get a regular carrier and this wheelbase which is what I did. I wanted my dog to be comfortable so I got the carrier without wheels since the space under the seats on aircrafts these days are very limited regardless of the type of aircraft. This is truly the best way do fly with a pet. Getting a nice roomy carrier and this wheelbase is truly the best option. If you get a carrier with wheels that aren't removable it may not fit under the seat. Also check with the airlines before traveling so they can tell you what type of carrier to get. I only fly with AA now so I know what their requirements are.

Make travel easier
This is a great company and all of their products are high quality, practical, well-designed and durable. They listen to their customers and design products that people can use. I had the two wheel version of this wheel base and have decided to upgrade to the 4 wheel spinner. My little Sadie can ride upright, without any tilt. As a senior Pekingese, she has those bulging eyes, snub nose, and a tongue that is always hanging out. So if I can prevent her from bonking into the carrier in any way, it is a plus. Since this folds it is easy to quickly remove the carrier, and stow the wheels in an overhead compartment. My daughter is inheriting my other carrier and wheelbase. She has 2 cats and taking them to the vet will be much easier aif her larger cat can ride in on wheels! Mr. Peanut carries escape-proof carriers for just about any use. Well worth the cost. These will last a long time. If you have questions, they are really helpful and accommodating to talk to.

Don't expect it to last very long...
Pros: Rolls and spins easily; base is firm and a good size for most carriers; handle telescopes easily and is a good height for most, I imagine. Shipping was great, on time, and it was well packaged. Cons: The aluminum handle feels both cheaply made and cheaply attached, with a lot of give and wobbling even when no pressure is on it. To illustrate: Picture the cart at a standstill with the weight of your dog and carrier or foot on it - the handle is loose enough in its fittings that it will move to the left, right and forward and back without moving the cart or applying any more pressure than your fingertip. Closer inspection shows that there are quite a few tiny plastic pieces doing A LOT of work holding both the handle and wheels in place. Small aluminum rods connect through thin pieces of plastic to hold the wheels in place; and two tiny pieces of plastic about 1/8th of an inch thick max are all that hold the handle in a vertical position - and must be snapped and unsnapped to fold the cart away. See the photos and video. It's only a matter of time before one bad bump or sharp turn puts enough torque against one of these crucial-but-very-cheaply-made pieces of thin plastic to render you short a wheel or without a handle. Or that the the very thin and underwhelming handle "clips" leave you with a free range handle and little vertical control over the cart. I'll add that the listing recommends no more than 50lbs of weight on the cart. Our dog, including his carrier, weighs in at just over 19 pounds and that seems to challenge this little cart - especially in terms of the handle managing the weight as we pull up an incline or lift over a curb. It truly feels like it could bend or snap at any moment. All in all, I'm glad we have it for an upcoming trip, but am disappointed in the quality and am bringing the carrier shoulder strap just in case - I just don't have a lot of confidence in the integrity of this thing and for that reason I have to say it seems a bit over priced. I'd recommend looking around for something a little sturdier for your own peace of mind.

Great for airports!
I bought this for my daughter because she was flying out to visit and was bringing her dog (pug). The last time she flew out she carried the dog kennel on her shoulder through the airports and it was very hard on her and the dog. This was a lifesaver! She put the kennel on it and it worked like a charm. When she boarded the plane, it folded up easily and she could tuck it under the kennel. I tried it out in the airport when picking her up and dropping her off and it rolled very easily. Then when she got to my house, it folded down and we tucked it into a closet. The only drawback was the surface area was a little smaller than the kennel so the back of the kennel hang off the side a bit. This size of this item would probably be better for a small dog (under 15 lbs) who needs a smaller kennel. However, it still worked great for her pug which is 25 pounds.

No latch. Keeps trying to collapse on my pet.
This is supposed to be designed to carry a soft sided pet carrier through the airport. I've used it twice so far and it's a real nuisance, because it has no latch to keep it from trying to collapse into the folded closed position while the carrier is on. I thought the weight of my 15 lb. cat should hold it open, but it doesn't. The handle collapses, causing the carrier to roll sideways the second I stop wrestling with it and take my hand off the handle. My poor kitty rolls sideways too. I do like the wheels and platform, and the telescoping handle seems sturdy, so I tried to make it work.
