IMAK Compression Arthritis Gloves, Gold, Large

I got this to try and help with the pain in my hand during the day, I work in IT so dealing with computers a lot and get pain when using mouse/keyboard. These do seem to help out with the pain as it is less with I am wearing it which is a great thing and I wear it most times I am doing things with my hands. The issue I had is the first time I put them on the seam on the side ripped which at first I was like that sucks but still has its compression so didn't worry to much about it. It has been about a month since I got them and now the rip is getting bigger so don't know how long it will last till the rip goes far enough that the compression is no longer there.So in all the compression feels great and helps out, I can feel the heat it helps produce which makes my hand feel better. The quality seems a little subpar, maybe I just got unlucky and got a pair that just didn't hold up well but to have it rip the first time is disappointing especially seeing I can see it loosing its use soon and I did measure to get the size the recommended.****EDIT 4/19/2017****I got a Large and XL from the company to try out for free to see if they work better and so far I have been using for about 2 weeks and no rips and feels much better than the one that ripped on me. I have moved it up to 4 stars as I am very happy now and the customer support for this product is great.Thanks a lot!****EDIT 4/2/2019****First these gloves work great for my pain, I feel like I can't be on the computer without them. They did rip again and been slowly ripping ever since I got the last ones. Been two years since my last pair which is a long time but the did rip not soon after though they still work even with the rips. I think I would leave it at 4 stars because in reality I use it 5 days a week about 8 hours a day and they are still helping even with a few rips in them.

Wonderful gloves.....2nd pair and they certainly do work very well,the fit is good and the delivery was faster than expected all the way toWestern Australia..will be buying another backup pair

Bought 2 pairs, first pair 1 glove had a seam rip upon removing from box. Second pair ripped in 2 places after 3 weeks. Contacted manufacturer, they could care less and was told warranty ends when box is opened. Glove are junk...

At first I really loved these gloves. They are definitely the best pair of IMAK gloves I've found yet. The fingers are long enough to cover my knuckles and the compression felt great. But after wearing them for only about 2 weeks they started to "fall apart" - seams splitting, holes developing. I've had this problem with every arthritis glove I've tried. Thought I'd found a winner this time but I was wrong.

Good gloves, keeps hands from constant aching, 1st set had to be replaced due to small hole that developed on one glove after 3 uses. I use plastic food handler gloves or vinyl gloves to protect the compression gloves when doing food prep or wet work. Pleased with gloves.

Highly recommend these gloves for anyone with arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis. They brought the swelling in my hands down within 15 minutes of wearing.
