Tastes great! I wanted to make a treat for a group with multiple dietary restrictions. These worked and tasted great in my gluten-free & dairy free cranberry & white chocolate chips cookies! The package is 1.5 cups, so only single batch of cookies. Recommend buying 2 packages if you are doubling a recipe.

Being lactose intolerant, it can be so difficult to find products that are similar to, or better than the original with dairy. These white chocolate chips are fantastic! I was never a white chocolate fan as a dairy product, but I absolutely love these! You can melt them down to coat/drizzle, I add them to pancakes or waffles, and I have even stated doing half chocolate chip and half white chocolate chip when I make chocolate chip cookies, which have been a big hit with anyone who has tried them! Definitely recommend!

I wanted to make a sugarfree fudge, so I used these. They are okay, but not wonderful when you just try one. However, using them for fudge with sugar free frosting, they are perfect! So good.

I am so disappointed! All the chocolate is melted inside the bag into an unusable clump. I thought because it was cold out that I didn’t have to worry about this issue. The bag is also ripped and almost open. There is only a tiny section just barely keeping the seal in place. They are completely ruined and a waste. Terrible service! This is an expensive bag of specialty chocolate that I buy only because my kids have food allergies and I can’t even use it.

Had to go dairy free as I am breastfeeding a baby who is allergic to milk. I was so scared to buy these chocolate chips as usually allergen free foods typically don’t taste as good but these were so similar to the normal chocolate chips that i couldn’t really tell when I ate them! So excited to keep eating foods I like while staying dairy free!

An attempt was made to keep the chips cool but unfortunately a small cold pack isn’t enough against 116 F degree AZ weather. I bought these online because I can’t find these in store. The first picture shows the cold pack registering at almost 93 F (Second picture shows melted chips but I had already placed in the freezer before thinking of taking a picture so it had already started to solidify) More important to me is the fact they are dairy and gluten free, I’m making cookies for a friend. So I can just turn these into chunks. Ratings: Flavor: kind of chalky and to me has a powdered sugar taste. Would have been -1 star for the chalkiness but I understand it’s not going to be the same as regular white chocolate. Value: let’s be honest, it’s expensive. Ease of use: -1 star for the extra steps I have to take to freeze and cut before using in the recipe.
