Q: I seen this has a 3-prong plug. If I get a 2 prong adapter and reverse polarity, can I use it to cool things down?

Yes I got it for my cousin and he did just that. He now uses it to make his ice sculptures with, they're pretty COOL... Lol. no but seriously yeah, you can do that. You can also use it to heat your car seat in the winter you just buy an adapter and plug it into the cigarette lighter and put it under your seat and because its only 12 volts instead of 120 volts it doesn't get as crazy hot it just heats up the seat nice and warm in the winter. I currently have it it in a plastic bag in my fish pond I ran a cord out there and so far it's been working great the pond hasn't frozen at all all winter even when we had snow on the ground. Not like last winter when my fish died.

Q: Hello guys I need to know if it is working V120 or V240 ?

It works on my Japanese power supply of 100v, but works best on 120v. I would use a step down transformer if you have 240v.
