Definitely Noticed a Difference!
I’ve been really happy with this Nutricost Stinging Nettle Root Extract. The capsules are easy to take, the ingredients are clean, and I appreciate that it’s vegetarian, GMO-free, and gluten-free. After taking it consistently, I definitely noticed a positive difference in my overall health and wellness. It seemed to help with comfort and balance, and I felt better throughout the day. Switched from Saw Palmetto and DIM and I like it.
Switched from Saw Palmetto extract and DIM to Stinging Nettle Extract after reading those products turn testosterone into estrogen, rather than stopping aromatization by blocking an enzyme. I find somewhat better blocking of prostate inflammation at night with this, and I feel more like getting a good workout and feel more able to recover from it, so I'm thinking testosterone levels are now higher. Improvement took only two days. After a few days using this I purposely missed taking it for an evening to compare. The inflammation didn't happen as before. It was as if I had not missed taking it. Neither DIM nor saw palmetto extract worked that way for me. I find no noticeable bad side effects. However, at the same time, limiting my sugar intake dramatically and avoiding seed oils also made a big difference, such that what is a terrible problem for many men isn't troubling me anymore. And I should note that I also began using more antioxidants: liposomal astaxanthin and liposomal glutathione.
