I've bought this a few times. It's bubble bath and body wash combined, but it's a bit pricy to use as bubble bath. It's peppermint, so it's good for sore muscles or for cooling you down. Foams well, smells great, soothes muscles. It's not miraculous, of course, or medicinal. It just helps take the edge off. As someone with some minor daily aches and pains, this is my go-to body wash. I even more highly recommend the peppermint body lotion from the same company.

Medicine for in the shower.
This is one of those products that once you have you don't want to live without. When my muscles are sore I can massage this where needed in the shower and it smells and feels great. But the real benefit is when you're sick with a cold. It's like Vicks Vaporub in a bodywash. If my throat is sore I can massage it around my windpipe while inhaling and I can feel it even through topical application. I'm sure this is against suggested use, but if I'm really congested I can massage it across the sinuses in my face and it really loosens everything up so I can breathe again for a little bit. To me it's medicine for in the shower. I can't recommend it enough.

Ahh, this plus the bath salts in plastic round container, great for evening wind down, the bag stuff doesn’t compare! Hope village therapy never change ore discontinue this and plastic round container with the salts together they rock. The smell the feel, the best.
