You are on your own with this one- NO SUPPORT
There is NO tech support (no response), either by the email address given on Amazon (same as the card in the box) or on their website support form. I was able to use this as an RS-485 modbus slave, but unable to get the TCP/IP modbus server to work. I modified my project to use RS-485 so not a total loss, just 1990s technology. Instructions are half chinese, but I was able to piece together enough to get it working for what I needed. If escape rooms are your thing, this could be a 5-star buy, otherwise 2 for me (and 1 or 0 and a return if I couldn't get either protocol to work).

don't bother
Great specs - terrible documentation (key parts in Chinese), and pretty bad customer support. You might take a chance on this as I did, but good luck getting this to work.
