This very inexpensive flash kit is great! For the price, it’s DOUBLE-GREAT! Has all the parts, simple assembly, sturdy, and looks really nice. Old Glory has vivid colors, and with the free-pivoting clasps, the flag NEVER gets wrapped around itself or the pole. Strongly recommend!!

Good setup although the bottom part of flag is starting to unravel after just 3 weeks setup. I was discouraged the first day when it seemed to not fly as freely as expected. I took it down and reset the bottom rotating flag anchor, moving it in some so that the flag hung freely. I had it out a little too far. After that, there was no problem. Occasionally the flag may loosely hang up on the edge of the house, but a slight wind sets it free pretty quickly, so I no longer have to be readjusting the flag every so often. I just wish I would have gotten the 6ft pole rather than the 5ft pole because the 3x5 flag seems too large for this setup. Over all, the setup seems pretty solid, however, the flag itself is showing wear after less than 3 weeks. The threads are starting to unravel at the bottom. Hopefully it will last at least another 30 days or so as I leave it up 24hrs a day.

best flag I ever bought. It works perfect and doesn't stay wrapped around the pole hangs down straight above the ground .great quality nice materials and great color.I am glad I purchased it through Amazon I don't think I could find it in any local stores.please let the manufacturer it's agreat productI have had a flag on my home for over 45 years thank you for the best one ever.veteran nick r. in Connecticut.

I really like the flag kit overall. The flag and pole materials are of durable quality and attractive. When I installed the flag hardware, I made sure that the luff of the flag (edge closest to the pole) was not stretched to tight to ensure that the the collars would rotate freely preventing any tangles and wraps. This works well for the most part, but at times, I found the bottom corner of the flag caught on the base wing nuts, eventually causing a rip in the fabric. This was disappointing, to say the least. Although not as convenient, round-head fasteners would be less apt to cause a problem than wing-nuts. I’m hoping the supplier will read my review and replace the flag for me. I will replace the wing-nuts with smaller screws.Amendment to my review: I have changed my rating to 4 stars due to the excellent customer service resolution I received.I contacted the seller and voiced my concerns. The response was immediate and courteous. It was decided to replace the entire flag pole kit which I received in less than a week. I made the adjustment to add shorter round-head screws at the pole base and won’t have the snagging issue problem.

Decently made but the pole is a bit flimsy. However it hasn’t broken but it’s hard to put it into the pole mount.

Quality is great.

I put this product on the front of my house. The flag seems to be good quality. I have had problems with all my flags twisting and towing up, I have had this flag pole up for a while now and it hasn’t been twisted or tied up once.

All parts needed were provided. It is not as sturdy as I thought it would be but it does the job so far. The flag that came with it is a bonus, pretty big, and almost like a plastic feel.
