The only difference is the notation standards. ⠀ For example, “green tea extract” is how the ingredient is listed in the U.S., but the list of ingredients must include all of the substances that make up green tea extract when sold in Europe. ⠀ ⠀ U.S. Ingredient List: Camellia sinensis leaf extract. European Ingredient List: Water, green tea, alcohol, preservatives, etc. (All of the substances that make up camellia sinensis leaf extract.) (*This is just an example. Yes, it is non comedogenic. To my knowledge, this foam cleanser restore skin's water-oil balance. It mainly contains extracts from green tea and centella to soothe and purify skin.
