Italian cornmeal mush
The polenta is basic polenta. I received all three boxes in separate packing and the boxes were damaged. I checked and the polenta was fine, it is in a sealed, plastic bag so I have no doubt that it is bug free. Not sure where the seller is getting thier supply, but it looked like something from the discarded, damaged packing that is donated at food banks. Having said that, I will use it with confidence and polenta really is the easist and quickest dish to use for sauces and stews. 3 minutes - done.
