False advertising

Well i fell for it without reading the reviews,My bad. I wouldn't of even left 1 star. FALSE ADVERTISING!!! I use this for brand for my husband's lary tube for his total laryngectomy so I didn't think I could go wrong and was a good deal. Boy was I wrong. Don't fall for it like I did. It's only 4 oz you recieve not 48 oz

Description clearly states 12 tubes are being purchased. the price per oz that is advertised equates to 12 tubes. HOWEVER, only ONE tube was sent. Do not fall for this scam.
