Back support
I got this a few months ago but wanted to give time to work. It does relieve some of the pain and discomfort and is quite comfy. It takes a while to get used to it as it is quite firm but the memory foam does mould with your body. It does come with memory foam smell but I left it out for a couple of weeks and it goes. It's hard to recommend as I think it is individual preference whether you like the foam. I would try it if you are struggling to find a support.

Does make a difference
Used it last night. It certainely helped my back. I gave 4 stars, because when i received it , it was vacuumed packed & took a good 5 to 10mins to get its shape. It would be a good idea to have a written explaination for the client not to get confused or dissapointed, just to wait & it will form its shape on its own.

Happy
Used this a couple of times, I have a problems and damage to my my lower back. I'm not as young as I would like to be, but this has been very useful. I have used it led on a flat surface for an hour, and when I've got up there was no numbness of stiffness in my back. I would recommend it.

Wonderful pillow
I got this for my back when using the home office chair. I love how it looks like a little cloud. It's supportive enough while also letting me sit properly in my chair without being pushed forward like a regular pillow would do. As this one moulds to you. So far so good.

Magic! Does the job
I am so pleased that I chose this one. There were so many to choose from. I have degenerative disc issues and have trouble sleeping and sitting. I have tried sleeping with this cushion sleeping on my back and sides and like magic my back pain has eased wonderfully. It does what what the information given says. A great product. Not to hard but gentle enough to support. I have tried harder ones but they can be painful.

Not for sleeping
Works well as a lumbar support pillow for car use and for office chair, but definitely too hard for use during sleep or in bed
