Mighty Little Pool Cleaner — It Absolutely Passed the Test!
I should have written this sooner. This thing is like the little engine that could! We went away for the week and came back to find our pool littered with grass at the bottom — the landscapers had come while we were gone. I honestly thought, there’s no way this little robot is going to handle all that! Well, it totally proved me wrong. It cleaned everything — even around those filter covers at the bottom of the pool where the grass had gotten stuck. I was shocked at how well it handled such a messy job. When I opened the debris compartment afterward, it was completely full of everything it had picked up, and the pool was spotless. I also bought the caddy, which makes storage super easy. After each use, I let the robot drain a bit, then set it on the plastic caddy — no water damage, no hassle. This little robot works hard, delivers amazing results, and is worth every penny. Highly recommend!

First Impressions (and then some more later on)
07/21/22: 24' Above Ground Round Pool Received Nautilus CC yesterday and just now placed it in the pool and started the first cleaning. Watched if for about 10 minutes to make sure it ran and so forth. Watched as it climbed the walls twice and maneuvered around some of the pool. Each path it took on the pool floor picked up debris (small stuff is all that is on there). I'm anxious to see how it handles the edges of the pool floor, if it can scour them. Put a plastic tub over the controller in case of rain (tub also holds the vacuum, power cord and controller when not in use). Set the auto run program to every other day (#2). Will update as a week or so goes by. So far the two things I've '5' starred are accurate and in addition it's easy to set-up and operate. The 'overall' ratings will change as it does its job of vacuuming the pool... or not. 07/28/2022 Update Have used the Nautilus CC a number of times now and have it loaded with the ultra-fine filter. It continues to do a fine job. There were some spots not addressed, small amounts scattered near to the edge/wall, a little hand brush work loosened them up and the vacuum took care of it. I find that I need to run it every other day as the pool is 1/3 of the way surrounded by deciduous trees... they drop dirt/dust in the wind and rain. The vacuum runs its course for about 2 hours and the pool is very very clean. Also the concern about the power cable getting tangled up... not happening. Although the cord does overlap or underlap itself, it doesn't get tangled so as to restrict the vacuum. the Nautilus CC does not have the anti-tangle device for the power cord.Due to the Nautilus CC being plugged into the main pool timer, the power to it cuts out about 7 pm every evening. This cancels the memory function as the controller has no power. No big deal. I've left the Nautilus CC in the pool for 4 days and just move it to the floor side near the ladder should someone go in the pool and then just powered it up from there. A nice addition to this entire unit would be a rechargeable battery built in for the controller so that it doesn't lose its memory when the power shuts off. Just a thought. I give this a two thumbs up one week into using it. another update much later on... maybe. UPDATE - 08/30/2022: I am very impressed with this DOLPHIN Nautilus CC cleaner. I run it every 3rd day now and the pool remains near to spotless. This year here in upstate NY the weather has raised havoc with algae growth and so forth, but given chemicals an then using the DOLPHIN Nautilus CC vacuum, the pool has remained pretty clean. I will state that the cord has gotten twisted, but nothing that is hard to untangle and even when 'tangled' some from twists and turns by the DOLPHIN Nautilus CC vacuum, it is easily pulled apart by the DOLPHIN Nautilus CC vacuum itself as it moves around underwater. I highly recommend the DOLPHIN Nautilus CC pool vacuum g.v.m.

Horrible product, horrible support, CEO Franck Sogaard clearly needs to go
My experience with this company (dolphin / maytronics) has been terrible. I bought one of these robots brand new and within 2 weeks it stopped working correctly despite following all of their instructions on how to care for the robot. I reached out to their customer service teams on numerous occasions over the past several MONTHS. I have received NO RESPONSES to multiple emails to their company. I have called on several occasions, and had to give up on a vast majority of those due to having to hold FOR OVER 2 HOURS WITH NO ONE PICKING UP THE PHONE. The one time someone did pick up after a similar amount of hold time, they were so utterly incompetent that after over an hour speaking with the lady, I had to give up. My time has value and I'm not going to spend days of my life trying to get support for a product WHICH IS UNDER WARRANTY WITH THE COMPANY. Honestly, the level of 'blocking' I have experienced should be illegal when trying to get warranty care. Now, I was just going to accept my loss and never do business with this company again, but I just received what is possibly one of the most infuriating emails I've ever had. The Maytronics CEO, Franck Sogaard, thinks it is appropriate to acknowledge their horrendous customer support over the past year, NOT DO ANYTHING TO SUPPORT ME OR MY BROKEN ROBOT, and then offer a 'gesture of appreciation' to LET ME BUY MORE OF THEIR PRODUCTS FOR 10-15% off. LOL. Ok, Franck. I think we know what the problem is - YOU. Franck has time to send marketing emails disguised as apologies, and yet no one at the company can return months old emails. Maybe, Franck, you should do something actually useful and start answering customer emails yourself. To be clear, the CEO of this company just acknowledged that their customer service is horrible in areas including slow responses, delayed issue resolution, and slow parts delivery. Here is the exact email, which combined with the above information should allow you to make an informed decision not to do business with this company: " I’m reaching out personally to say something we should have said sooner: we’re truly sorry. Over the past year, many of you contacted our customer service team for help - whether it was to fix your Dolphin robot, get replacement parts, or simply ask a question. And too often, we didn’t meet your expectations. We were slow to respond, delayed in resolving issues, and at times, left you feeling unheard. That’s not the Dolphin experience we promise, and it’s certainly not the one you deserve. At Dolphin, we pride ourselves on delivering joy, simplicity, and reliability. Your pool should be a place of peace, not frustration. And yet, we know that for many of you, our service fell short. We let you down - and for that, I offer my deepest apologies. We’ve taken your feedback to heart. We’ve made changes to our support systems, invested in faster part delivery, and restructured our service teams to ensure that when you need us, we’re there. These improvements are already underway, and we’re committed to earning back your trust - one clean pool at a time. As a small gesture of appreciation for your patience, we’d like to offer you a one-time-use coupon code for your next purchase on Maytronics.com🔍 Simply enter your unique code at checkout, and your discount will apply automatically: 10% off orders under $500, or 15% off orders of $500 or more. This code is valid for six months and will expire on June 2, 2026. " You have been warned.

He tenido muchos problemas para hacerlo operar. Es un aparato diseñado para Europa. El tipo de contacto y la cantidad de energía no es adecuado para México (requiere 250 V en Mexico son 110 V). He intentado resolver este problema sin exito.

I was skeptical that this little robot would be able to go around all the areas of my pool.We have a kidney shaped pool 32' across and a deep end of about Eight feet deep Setup was incredibly easy and there's really no programming. There's a couple of extra buttons on the control module. That I don't know what they do but I but I plugged the device in attached the cord to the power module. Read the instructions and was up and running in. Five minutes once opening the box. It took off and the shallow end like a little tractor running along the floor went into the deep end. Where I was afraid it was going to get stuck and not be able to make its way back out but somehow it goes to the very deepest part. And then goes all the way up the walls and then all the way to the surface. As you see in the video right along the wall. Overall I'd have to say I'm very happy with this. The basket inside is easy to clean and it has a really good fine mesh on it so it will trap the black dirt that seems to gather on The bottom of the pool then you open the bottom of the basket drop out the debris. Then I put it in 1 Of my pool buckets and swish it around cleaning the fine mesh in the basket releasing the dirt into the bucket and throw that dirty water into The grass... Overall very impressed it climbs the walls and seems to not get stuck in the deep end which I was worried about.
