Works pretty good. No complaints on functionality.
It works as described. My only gripe is the tiny on off switch on the right side of unit. It’s practically flush with the surrounding plastic so u need to dig into it with your fingernail in order to turn it off/on. It’s much smaller then it looked in the photo when I purchased it.

Good option for the price
My CD player quit in my truck just before a long road trip. This FM transmitter worked perfectly. You just need to be aware of a few things: You'll probably need to turn your stereo and phone/iPad way up. It will sound better if you keep the transmitter's volume about medium and adjust the source accordingly. Also, choose the unused frequency wisely. If you're traveling to different areas, you may experience static as a station tries to tune in. I recommend having a few unused frequencies saved on your stereo. One more cautionary tale. Make sure that you can see the charging port that you're putting it into before you buy it. It is difficult to see from the driver's seat of my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500. If you can't see it clearly, consider buying one with a flexible goose neck.

Not like the picture much cheeper in person.
Not particularly user-friendly. It's really hard to see the screen if you're at the wrong angle which is almost all the angles. Mine came with a black and white single light backlit screen. Not like the picture at all. It does have a luxury of choosing what ever station you want to broadcast through. I haven't been able to get the Bluetooth function to actually work. I bought this for my father who has hand troubles and is old and stubborn lol so its not a good fit. This product looks a lot cheaper in person and mine doesn't look like the other pictures posted for this product.

Nice, with a few quirks...
Really liked the remote control...it allowed direct access to your songs, so once you went thru your playlist ( mine is at 844 songs now ) you can check the counter and know where an album or song is located...punch in the 3 digit number and off you go! Being able to choose ANY FM frequency is a big plus! Portability also a big plus, any 12v accessory. When avaible, song titles and artists are nicely displayed. Sound quality is based on your source, my 60s songs don't sound as good as some of the newer stuff. Now for the minuses...looses the equalizer setting when unplugged or the power is turned off. If there was a way to prevent this, I never found it. The display also seemed to loose it's contrast setting or is affected by the Florida heat. Maybe they are all this way? Finally, the counter and frequency indicators are a bit tiny for these old eyes (I carry 3.0 readers or let a passenger tell me what they are when I'm driving). Summary, despite the quirks a good bang for the buck. I either lost mine on a trip, or it "dissappeared" when the car was being serviced...so... quirks not withstanding, I'm looking to buy again unless I find something else as feature rich...we'll see.
