Is the paper divided by a line down the middle like a Steno pad or have margins like notebook paper

They have a margin on the left side like notebook paper and a perforated line along the top for easy removal. I love these notebooks.

How heavy is the paper? I do not want something with thin paper that tears easily.

I believe I read that it's 20-pound-heavy paper, which is good. 20 lbs. is the standard weight that is used by most people in their computers because it's not too flimsy but it's also not too thick and heavy. [Believe me, 24 lb. paper can take up a lot of file space.}
