I use this on top of my mattress then I put the mattress cover on then I put 1 more on it then the fitted sheet. I have had my mattress for 20 years I do turn mattress every few months. My mattress loiks like brand new. No stains. I have a little incontinence especially at night if I cough or sneeze. Gives me a peaceful sleep without worrying about soiling my mattress highly recommended

These are the ones used in the hospital. They are strong enough to move your loved one and super absorbent. I am glad that I purchased them. They are so much better than the cheaper, flimsier blue ones.

Beyond frustrating.I tried several Times to correct the problem with this Product!The Description clearly states 5 Pads per Package. The First order arrived with other Items in an Amazon Box. There was just ONE Lone Pad thrown in with My other items. No wrapping..I tried Returning this Single and less than Sanitary Disposable Mattress Pad using every option only to find that it would cost Me Time and Money to do so! Finally, Yesterday I spoke with a Live Agent about the problem and I was promised a Replacement order. Today, the Package arrived as promised..One Disposable Mattress Pad!What is so hard about sending Me the 5 Disposable Mattress Pads that are Priced at $11.99 plus Tax?Also, these Medline Pads are smaller and less absorbent than the Ones used in Hospitals. These won't stay in place as You Sleep at Night. Even without the fuss of the Shipping the proper Quantity, these would Rate a Generous 3 Stars.Sending Package AND First Pad back unopened for full Credit to My Account.Done with the Headache!

Chux is well absorbed by urine, my mother has nothing bathtub, since they are thin and hold moisture for a long time.

Hospital grade bed pads. Work wonders for bedbound patients or family members. I absolutely love these. Worth every cent!

Can't honestly rate these because none have yet been soiled. They're a good size, and thicker than I'd expected. I feel confident having one on my aunt's bed. Will update this review when I have better information to share.
