Sugarmold Tin Inserts-Flat Bottom-Set 12

These are made of copper and are light. I bought a sugar mold from this company and bought these to fill the 12 holes. Shipping takes a minute, but they arrived without any damage or issue. I just think they’re way too expensive. If you’re buying a sugar mold for nearly $60 bucks and have to turn around and buy the fillings (from the same company) you’ve spent almost $90 bucks. This doesn’t include the candles. Otherwise both the sugar mold and the fillings (which I expected to be a lot heavier for the price) are quality purchases.

I ordered these, thinking I was going to receive tin colored cups. The ones we received are copper colored. Very misleading! Not sure if we’ll keep them.

Several of the cups were made poorly, with the bottoms not attached all the way around. Also they arrived stacked so tightly that they would not come apart, with dangerously sharp edges. I finally put them in the freezer for several minutes and used a needle nosed pliers to pop them apart. They look nice in my sugar molds, but my husband is going to have to solder the bottoms on so I can use plants or candles in them.

Good product… Hard to get them a part initially and some were slightly dented, but overall work well for what I needed them for.

Not the color I expected. Copper colored and not tin. Somewhat flimsy. They fit well though. I have yet to use them with candles yet so I will update when I do.

The tin inserts fit great! Just what I was looking for, I could not decide to get the flat or cone shaped tins after reading reviews I chose the flat tins and they are perfect>
