BOEN 8 Piece Impact Socket Adapter and Reducer Set, 1/4" 3/8" 1/2" 3/4" Drive Socket Adapter Set with Durable Case for Impact Driver Conversions (Upgraded)

Have not used yet but purchased because of the ANSI rating which was as high as the rating goes and matched Snap On. Of course I do not think it is as good but if close definitely should handle impact of 750-1250 pounds where most 1/2" impact guns rate, these are rated as high as 1500 pounds. I only bought for the 1/2"-1" adaptor as I still have Millwright tools. The rest of the set is convenience and are of exceptional weight and girth but can not attest to their durability. Looks, markings, coatings, organizational clamshell, versatility, value for the money and assortment made this an easy purchase as it would have been worth it against other sets to purchase just for regular ratcheting work.

Not too bad, has a good quality finish and having a case makes it easier to store than keeping in the toolbox as loose pieces

This set along with socket set of sockets of the same brand are great for farming, mechanic, DIY, as I do all 3. I like the rust resistance and quality of metal .

Decent "cheap" alternative to much higher priced brand name tools. I did snap the drive square (tang) on the ¾" to ½" adapter 1st use though and had to buy a replacement. This was my fault since I had combined the 1" to the ¾" to the ½" and was using my large 1" torque wrench to tighten 33mm lugs on a dump truck wheel. (Not recommended) I learned my lesson and bought a 1" drive 33mm deep well socket to fit my torque wrench instead. (Recommended lol)

Use these at work as a diesel tech haven't broke any yet but haven't applied huge amounts of torque to them. Have all the sizes you could need for the price so you can't go wrong. I believe the storage case is nice and easy to store in both a tool box or to take with you in a tool bag without them getting lost or mixed up. Good for when you need them for the price.

I used the 3/4F to 1/2M reducer with extractor sockets and the biggest impact Dewalt currently makes (DCF964 @ 1900 ft/lbs) to remove some seized lug nuts on a junk truck. It did a number on both the extractor and the reducer. I could see the reducer twisting and amazingly it twisted but never broke. It did wallow out the extractor a little bit though. I did strip one nut completely with the extractor and had to go down one more size but that worked just fine. Despite the twisting, the reducer did not break through extraction of the 5 nuts. Afterwards I put in a warranty claim to Boen via the included instructions and they responded the next business day and by the end of the week I received a brand new reducer in the mail. I highly recommend this brand and product both because while the reducer did twist, it did not break (annd was still functional as it was twisted) and the company stood behind their product. And quickly replaced.

Good value for the money. Will they survive a huge amount of abuse is unknown but for normal domestic use they seem entirely robust enough. A better quality than some.
