No longer works after 14 days. Tried to return it but found out in the process I have to pay postage from Australia to the US and that Amazon will only allow up to $24 for postage. I’m really disappointed this wasn’t a cheap lock. It was $134. Posted this back and it cost me almost $30 🤬

Das Schloss ist ein super Teil!! Seinen Preis wert in allen Funktionen und Qualität. Der Fingerabdruck funktioniert absolut einwandfrei und sofort. Das einscannen weiterer Abdrücke ist problemlos. Das Schloss springt nicht von alleine auf,es muß herruntergezogen werden. Durch die doppelte Kugel Verriegelung einbruchsicher. Die Notschlüssel sind beidseitig gefräst und dadurch auch sicher. Die Vorgänger, Abus und Cina wahren Schrott. Das Cina konnte Mann mit Blech von Cola-Dosen öffnen, bei dem Abus funktionierte der Scanner nur wen er wollte. Das selbständige aufspringen verkeilte sic nach ca 20 mal. Also bei Bedarf nur dieses wieder.

Al intentar registrar un nuevo usuario después de ingresar y aceptar la huella maestra y colocar la del nuevo usuario el Led se enciende en color rojo y no logro registrarlo, hago la aclaración que el dispositivo ya tiene trabajando cerca de 5 meses, con 20 usuarios sin problema alguno, al ver esta situación opté por resetearlo a configuración de fábrica, y fué recargada su batería.Después de haber hecho las acciones mencionadas el dispositivo abre con cualquier huella, pero no me deja ingresarle una huella maestra. ¿Me podrá ayudar a resolverlo?

UPDATE JULY 2026: I use this padlock nearly every day, multiple times a day, and just yesterday was the first time I ever had to charge it. When I went to unlock it, it started blinking red and wouldn’t open right away—turns out that’s just its built-in warning to let you know the battery is low. After blinking red for about three seconds, it unlocked normally. I charged it up, put it right back to work, and I fully expect to get at least another year and a half of daily use before needing to plug it in again. This thing is seriously worth every penny.
