Manduka Extra Long eQua Towel

The towel is very, very soft. I use this towel to absorb sweat in my yoga classes. I also use it to wipe the sweat off my yoga matt during practice to keep it dry. I use it as a cover for warmth for the final moments of relaxation in class.

If you sweat like a pig like I do in yoga, this is the perfect mat towel for ya. Without it, I would be slipping and sliding all over the place.

For hot yoga, this is a wonderful accessory to replace a bulky, soggy, normal towel. It's super absorbent and folds up to almost nothing, compared to that bath towel I was using before. The Citrus color is not screaming orange, but more of a subdued hue. I use it with my Manduka Black Mat and thought the dimensions might match - not so. The towel is longer and a tad narrower (about an inch on either side.) It doesn't change the effectiveness of the towel; however, I think it is strange since they are both Manduka products.

I'm a 225 lb male and I sweat buckets during yoga. I use this with the Manduka Black mat pro and the combo is beautiful. The towel is ultra-absorbent and soaks up most of my sweat during yoga. Also, even when the towel is near soaked at the end of class, it still never slides off the mat, even without the nubs on the Yogitoes. I am much more solid in my poses and my vinyasas now that I am not slipping. I think this works just as well as the Yogietoes towel and it is $20 cheaper. Awesome!
