Scriptel ST1550 Backlit Monochrome LCD Electronic signature pad

After installing every available software for this device and troubleshooting for 2 hours, I just couldn't get it to work with the program that I needed to use it with (Sitelink). I was hoping to be able to switch away from the Topaz signature pads, or at least have another option, but sadly this just didn't work for me. It did perform well when used directly in adobe. I didn't realized this was non-returnable when I purchased it, so I'm stuck with a really expensive paperweight.
