Update review of replacement item. I ordered a replacement instead of returning this. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! This thing is so cheaply made. I had the exact same broken side on the bottom and despite it I tried to use it and the floor fell through to the bottom. When I fixed it enough to use it (this is all at my car so I really could've just made multiple trips to my apartment for my stuff and it wouldn't have take as long) I had to rearrange the items Bc the floor was falling through to the bottom. Still I managed to make it work (by loading the items when tilting this cheap thing) and then when readythe wheels on this thing suck if you put any weight in the cart. I felt like I was dragging this thing versus it rolling. I understand their are weight requirements but I had water bottles and SALAD in this thing lol. This is such a waste of time and money. I highly recommend you don't buy this thing. I've added more pics. This is From using it ONCE. Sticker in the front with their logo was already halfway hanging off when I got it new.Cheaply made should prob be a littler cheaper. I'm not mad though Bc it serves its purpose. Thought it would be a little bit bigger but that's my fault because measurements are listed I believe. Package arrived with one of the box flaps open so that was irritating but the product was in another box within the Amazon box so when I open that on the side where the basket folds in it looks like they're supposed to be a rod between the little fasteners I'm not sure what to call them.. but on one side on the bottom the rod was missing so it was a bit open in that area. Wouldn't cause an issue as I plan to use this to carry bagged groceries but was just annoying Bc it's new and it's not like it was a $5 purchase. The sticker on the front was nicked and came off so easily... just made it feel cheap but honestly again I'm not mad about it Bc I know it'll serve its purposes. I asked to return (Bc of the one missing piece) and was offered a replacement so I took it. Feel like this should be under $20 though.

This thing is amazing! The ability to fold it up and not need cotter pins or bolts makes it a go-to for me. Quite heavy duty without being heavy, it did a great job with my move and was able to be packed away in the truck in a tiny space. It came assembled in the box, with only packing removal and unfolding required. it is a nice height, not too tall nor too short for most applications (this is NOT an appliance dolly though) and the wheels give good ability to roll over a variety of surfaces. Definitely a great value for the price.

As a volunteer, I'm always lugging stuff around for events: brochures, snacks, office supplies, you name it. I was looking for a reliable, easy to manage solution, and this portable carrier is exactly what I needed! It's very easy to open and close, and even though it feels really resistant and well made, it's lightweight enough for me to manage by myself ( I am a petite woman)The best part is how it collapses flat and fits perfectly in the trunk of my car, ready to go. It holds a ton of stuff, which has been super helpful. If you're someone who needs a super convenient and tough carrier, I highly recommend this one!

Had this hand truck for 4 days, and it's used for my work as a courier.It seems very sturdy and well made, and the wheels are just the right size for making it easy to roll over small imperfections and up ramps.The height of it gives quite a bit of leverage when tilting it back from upright, and was the main reason for buying it.My employer had previously supplied me with smaller and more compact hand trucks that simply didn't last, and with tiny wheels that made it hard to roll it over uneven ground, so I bought this one with my own money.One issue that should be corrected is the bar that locks the plate down is awkward to lift up in order to stow the plate. With the truck handle extended and playe locked down, I have to bend down, keep one foot under the plate while raising the locking bar slightly and push the the whole thing forward with the other hand in order to get the plate past the point where the bar locks it down. Then stand up and use my foot to push it all the way up to stowed position and fold the handle down for transport.I'll be adding a short piece of rope to the bar so I don't have to bend down to do this.All in all a really good investment.

This looks to be a good product, but the folding mechanism/slide kept getting snagged by one of the 4 permanent bolts that are riveted onto the aluminum frame. I thought of just accepting this flaw, but each and every time I had to jiggle it several times in order to get the slide to “slide” past the rivet that extended too far from the frame. I’m very disappointed that I was not able to keep it as I do not like to return items, especially something as useful as a hand truck, which can save my back from injuries.
