I love the shampoo but I have order it twice the cap was lose both times an spill in the bag so I didn't get full bottle

It's has to be used several weeks to determine for it thicken your hair. It doesn't regrow hair. But, it thickness what you have if you catch it early.

The shampoo is OK but the pumps never work. I have put multiple bottles of shampoo and conditioner and only one of the pumps has ever worked. Cheap cheap cheap. Do better
