which is it 9714 or 9757 the description and pic doesn't match?

Hello, It's the 4098-9714. My apologies on the confusion, amazon has existing templates for items and the listings make it nearly impossible to add additional photos. none the less, this is for the 4098-9714.

Is this the replacement for the Simplex 4098-9757?

No the only difference from the 9757 is a light that reflects the 9714 does not have it

Does this come with the mounting bracket?

This item is just the head of the detector, the mounting base needs to be purchased separately.
