Farberware Nonstick Bakeware Baking Pan / Nonstick Cake Pan, Rectangle - 9 Inch x 13 Inch, Gray

Did a beautiful job with the cake 🎂 we baked for a birthday party. No stick gave even baking perfect heat distribution. The cake came out of the oven perfect not even a crumb left behind which was also great for frosting when cooled down. Extremely easy to clean. We did use a spray butter on the pan bottom but that was only because the cake directions required that even for a non stick pan. So all and all we definitely recommend using this pan

Material is sturdy, easy to clean. Food cooks well and evenly. Read instructions on care and maintenance! Very important! Would buy this product again.

This pan does what it’s supposed to. Great for baking big dishes for families or parties. Non-stick. My only complaint is that it takes an army of strength to remove the lid😬😬😬

I can not tell you how many pans I looked at and how many reviews I read before deciding to get this one. The only thing that kept me from getting this right away was all the comments about how difficult it was to remove the cover. I figured if I couldn't get it to come off, my husband could. The trick is NOT to try to open it from the corners. (which is what I tried to do & I imagine most people would) You have to open it from the middle of the longer side and the cover comes off immediately! Now for the pan itself, I was looking for something a little deeper than your typical casserole dish and this one is. Its the perfect size for making a thick 3 layer lasagna. It seems to cook evenly, there were no cold spots and it was nice and bubbly when I took it out of the oven. I did not use any cooking spray on the bottom, just a little sauce before layering my lasagna noodles and it did not stick to the bottom of the pan. Each slice came out easily and stayed put together. I used a silicone knife so I wouldn't scratch the bottom and it worked out well. I wouldn't use a metal knife, even though its scratch resistant, they're probably inevitable but I'd like to stave that off for as long as possible. Overall, its a great quality pan for a variety of baked goods from a lasagna, to roasting chicken and making brownies. The cover is a giant bonus and the whole set travels well alone or inside a tote. If needed, I wouldn't hesitate to come back and get another. It also comes packaged nicely and would make a great gift!

Nice heavy pan with a lid that fits tightly. I'm glad I purchased it but very disappointed that it's MADE IN CHINA. Farberware touts it's American heritage, that the company was established in 1900 in New York, manufactured in the US in California, and yet it'sMADE IN CHINA!

I bought this to use as a brownie pan and to transport other baked goods, i..e. cookies, croissants, etc., for family gatherings. It was a perfect pan for the job and the lid made it so that everything was secure and wouldn’t fall out. The only trick was getting the lid off. I say “was” because I had a mishap in the kitchen after a baking project where I’d forgotten to turn off the oven and I placed it in the hot oven to store it (not realizing the oven was still on), and after an hour the plastic from the lid had melted and I had to throw the pan away. But I definitely will order another one!

Great pan. Durable. Good for baking and cooking. Doesn’t scratch. Non stick. Easy to clean in the dishwasher.

Quality bakeware. Top is easy to remove and pan cleans up easily.

This was a great addition to my bakeware with the higher lid for iced cakes etc. The lid is very secure, but could be easily cracked trying to release it. Anything baked in this pan is very moist and the timing of the recipes is perfect. I do not enjoy guesswork with oven times. It is easy to store as the pan sits in the upside down lid taking less space. I also feel things stay much fresher in this pan with the lid than others I have tried. I waited a bit for it to arrive but the wait was well worth it.

The plastic cover is too brittle.

I have only used it a couple of times so far and it does a great job cooking my rolls
