I've been a Neti-Pot user for years. When the spout on the Neti cracked and started leaking I thought I would try something new. I considered the Navage but was concerned with what it would take to thoroughly clean and dry it. What I was looking for was a system that could add an ever so slight pressure or suction. The Neti was hard plastic which only allowed for gravity feed. With the Tonelife's flexible bottle you can add slight positive pressure but I would be very cautious in doing so due to injury if too much pressure is applied. I rarely need to add any pressure as the carburetored bottle seems to work just fine. The upright position the Tonelife allows is more comfortable than that of the Neti. If your looking to replace your Neti I would suggest Tonelufe as an inexpensive alternative.

I have frequent sinus congestion and after years of using a regular neti pot, I decided to try something new. Can't get over how easy it is to get a gentle flow of water going! Very pleased and will definitely get another one as a backup. Great product for anyone who can't seem to put their head at the right angle to get a good nasal wash with a neti pot or squeeze bottle - this is very simple to use.

I’ve been using a nasal rinse for 10 years now to help control my nasal polyps. My doctor has prescribed me liquid budesonide to mix with the saline solution. I make my own saline mix by mixing 8 tsps of kosher salt (no iodine) and 8 tsps of baking soda into a gallon of distilled water (the doctor gave me that formulation). You can save a TON of $ by making your own. I use this mixture in this nasal syringe once everyday.This nasal syringe works great! Much less messy than Netipots.The only issue I have with it is their is an almost transparent o-ring inside the lid that has a nasty habit of falling out occasionally and it can disappear on a counter or floor easily. Im here writing this review while I order another set of these because I’ve lost both o-rings. It sure would be nice if the company sold the o-rings separate,y or included a couple of extra ones.

This product works great. I had to rinse my nose often after sinus surgery, and this was perfect. I didn’t have to squeeze anything, so it didn’t cause any pressure in my sinuses. Before surgery, I used a squeeze bottle that caused all kinds of pressure, and made my ears pop. I would highly recommend for use after sinus surgery and any time.

Good product. Works on gravity and just enough pressure flow to clean your nasal vanity area without going in too much. The others I had used in the past was causing the water to flow too much and causing ear blocks. This is working out very well for me. Only use it once in a week at this point of the season.

I really like this over the standard Neti. I don't know if it's the best design out there but it's good. The angle is much better and it more comfortable to use. The valve is great for control. I've read users say the pressure is low... It's the same as a Neti to me. When I want added "cleaning" I inhale in small puffs.Pitched the child tip so can't tell you anything there.

So far so good with this product. Didn't come with the salt packets though, which I don't think clearly states in the summary description. Only downside is the water flow is not as strong as other neti pots.
