Perfect for Calls
I’ve been using this phone headset for a couple of weeks now, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. The sound quality is fantastic — crystal-clear audio on calls

Nobody can hear me with this headset - AVOID!
I chose this as it was the same brand as our cordless handsets, however the quality is very poor. Every person struggled to hear me, even if I had my hand pushing the mic towards my mouth. I have returned it for a cheaper model and it's much better. DO not receommend this item.

Works really well
My company has Yealink phones and decided to order the same brand for a headset. I've had people say I'm very clear without any noise distractions. I was skeptical with the mouth piece not being close to the mouth and the sound quality is excellent. I got this headset as my previous headset wasn't suitable with this phone. When I ordered the same name and tried it, I have been impressed with the quality of the sound.
