I have used them more inside a warehouse. However, they are heavy duty and made well so would probably hold up in the weather.

Q: Is the hole on the stem at 2.0" or 2.50" ?

There are (2) sets of hole. One at 2" and the other at 2.5"

Q: Where can I buy jacks to put between wheels and the scaffold for outdoor use on sloping ground?
