This pillow is really nice. It has give and forms to your head but it's not too soft. I would say it's a "medium" in the pillow rating system.It's not a light airy pillow, it's a little on the dense side and has a little weight to it. It does not have bundles of pieces in it that split up over time and become lumpy and uneven, which other pillows of mine have done. I will be buying another one soon.

I love my pillow! I usually like a super flat pillow - this one allows my head to sink to just the right height. It is fluffy and great. I used one at a Hilton hotel and looked at it so I could order one for myself. To me, it seems the same. Part was made in China (the outside I think) and part in the US (feathers?)

First time I used it, I hated it. It was flat. Then I decided to follow the instructions (fluff it in the dryer) and it turned out to be a FANTASTIC pillow! Do yourself a favor, fluff it in the dryer.

My wife had this pillow for the longest time and couldn’t find a replacement. She was so ecstatic when I gave it to her for Christmas! She loves it! She is a side and stomach sleeper.

After having the Pacific Coast down pillow for over a month, it is definitely not worth the money. The quality of the pillow isn't any better than more cost-effective options and the pillow is flat. I'm actively looking for a new pillow after the dismal experience with Pacific Coast.

I was hoping reviews were wrong because I have ordered this pillow twice before & loved it, but this is definitely not the quality or thickness as before. I followed instructions about inserting in dryer which did fluff it up, but still so soft there was no support once I put my head on it. Too bad.

Great pillow! I have 2 of them some years ago and they lasted about 10 years. Down/goose is getting pretty difficult to find I guess because of folks with allergies...too bad cause all other pillows are poor imitations of the real thing!

I had bought a pillow from Pacific Coast for my husband about 4 years ago that matched mine (possibly the Hotel Symmetry?), but for some reason it didn't seem to have the same amount of support as mine- almost like it had fewer feathers in it. My brother-in-law also had the same complaint with his down pillow. He received a down around pillow & found it much more supportive. My husband also has enjoyed the increased support this pillow provides over his previous pillow.

Squishy, yet with good support. I dress it in a quilted protective cover and a pillow slip. The all-around down feathers over the duck feathers in the center really is the trick to the perfect pillow. I had this pillow for 20 years, decided it was time to get a new one. I was surprised to find the exact same pillow. It has piping around the edge that the other didn't have, but it isn't bothersome, especially with the quilted protective cover. Buying it directly from the manufacturer would have cost me a lot in shipping and weeks to receive it. Buying it from Amazon, same price, no shipping cost and received it within days: packaged in a big clean box. Each pillow wrapped in a zippered bag with a handle.

My favorite pillow ever. I have a LOT of trouble sleeping and I end up tossing and turning my head in all different directions, looking for that sweet spot where I can feel comfy. This pillow has me barely ever doing that. Better than memory foam. Better than down pillows I've used. This pillow is the sweet spot

El producto no cumplió con la expectativas tiene pocas plumas y cuando lo usas queda totalmente plana y al dormir en realidad no descansas, por el costo no vale la pena la inversión. Yo pedí de devolución porque en realidad no cumple con el objetivo.
