Just right for Roomba
Just what I never to replace the rechargeable battery in Roomba. Works great!

As Described
So far, so good! The original battery lasted about four years and - believe it or not - not even iRobot has them in stock right now so vendor well and truly came to the rescue with this OEM. (I won't buy anything for my robots that aren't OEM; just never worth the money, never mind safety issues with cheap lithium ion batteries.) Pricing is around the same as buying directly from iRobot, but if I get another three-to-four years out of it, that's value for money either way. Replacing was easy; just unscrew back cover and clip out, clip in. My Roomba is happily vacuuming for its regular sessions again.

I was wrong thought it worked but quickly died
Update not even a year into 2026 this battery is a piece of garbage. On a full charge my vacuum makes it at best 8 ft away from its base and dies. This vacuum is absolutely useless and every battery including the ones on the irumba site are just garbage. Why spend so much money into a vacuum that you cannot even get a replacement battery for that works. I was surprised after trying several other batteries in my iRobot that were a complete failure. This battery seems to hold up as good as the one it came with.

Easy Install
Not 5 stars because a new battery didn't cut down amount of time to do our scheduled rooms. However, installation is very easy. I have an j7 Roomba. Last install with this dame battery was almost 2 years ago.
