This chair is great. The quality is good and the functionality is excellent. (tons of position possibilities)Some negatives for me: I don't care for the white trim. I personally think it is too much contrast and I wish the seat had about another 1/2 inch of padding. The armrests do not come off or swing completely out of the way but they do lower quite a bit. (I play guitar also but they get low enough) I wish it came with a removable armrest for a mouse. This chair easily rivals some of the more expensive gaming chairs.I would warn you though, the gas lift is 100mm. I am 6 foot tall and could barely put my feet flat on the floor. I emailed the company and they gave a link for an 80mm lift. (<$20) Now it is the right height. ( I guess I am a low rider.) The company was very responsive, informative and willing to make me happy. If and when I need another chair I would buy from them again. (One thing I can't stand is a company that won't back their products.) These guys do!

Great Chair for price
The chair is very comfortable and well built. The 4D arms are nice, but could come together a little closer for console gaming. The reason it lost a star is because they used generic instruction. The base that connects to the bottom of the chair looks nothing like the one in the instructions as I have shown. If you follow those instructions without thinking it through you would install the base backwards. First off it only shows one paddle and on the instructions it's facing towards the back of the chair. The actual part has straight bars instead of the curved one shown. I almost made the mistake myself because of the way the instructions show the paddle facing to the rear. Then I realized it was not even close to the correct part shown. Anyways besides the awful instructions it's easy to assemble if you can think about it and don't blindly follow instructions. I've included photos to show you what I'm talking about. They could have made the seat a bit thicker and used a softer material inside. Also the lumbar and pillow could've used memory foam or something besides packing foam. However they do include zippers so you can change it out. Despite all the negatives I have mentioned for this price chair this is a good deal. It's well balanced and comfortable. I am very satisfied with this chair and I think most gamers would be also. So if your looking for a good solid gaming chair and don't want to waste a lot of extra money then this will serve you well. Just make sure to remember what I said about assembly if they don't replace the instructions.

Good Chair but Foam Pad?
Chair and frame is great but the seat cushion itself can get uncomfortable after a prolonged gaming session. The rear side of my thighs ache after 2 to 3 hour of gaming due to the steel frame. Because of this I had to get some extra seat cushion I luckily have laying around but I can't lower the seat any more and my feet elevate off the floor due to the added height my cushion game me.I am a pretty heavy set individual, I weigh 240 lb and is 5'8 feet tall my rear end sits about 20 inches wide and the cushion is only 15 inches. So you could imagine the steel frame on the side squeezing my thighs. Though I can sit comfortably after 1-2 hours I have to stand afterwards. It kinda helps my personal goal in a way to stand every 5 mins per hour though. But that doesn't concern this review. Just my personal reason. The seat cushion is just foam no steel coils within the cushion. Maybe this is what gives it the cheaper price tag?Anyways Good Chair. I Just needed a slightly wider seat.

True to off brand stereotypes (had chair for 1+ years)
You get what you pay for and this chair is no exception. I have 3 major problems with this chair. I am 6'2 at about 200lbs. 1. This chair sits too high for me. Women who sit in it can't even get their feet to the ground. If it went down at least another inch it would be a good height. I have to prop my feet on an ottoman to prevent thigh discomfort when using this chair. 2. The seat padding is almost non-existent, if you don't lean back, it gets uncomfortable quickly. 3. The wheels sit into the socket an an angle which puts a lot of pressure on the socket. After a month of use one wheel had bent so badly the chair now sits unevenly and you must position the bad wheel to the front or back to prevent alignment issues. Also, all the wheels are so angled, you cannot push the chair without the base spinning. It is very hard to maneuver around. In fact, if I have to move it, I carry it most of the way.The only thing I like about the chair is its type. If you are browsing for a gaming chair like this just dish out the extra money for a nicer one. This one is not worth it by any measure.

Love the chair
Love the chair. went together fairly smoothly. I'm 5"10 and and need to tip toe to reach the floor at its lowest setting.Luckily I had the gas cylinder from my old chair that I swapped in, but it's still a bit high for me and may need to purchase a smaller cylinder as I like to sit low. No way does this change the fact that the chair is great so far. would recommend and have already to a friend.

Great chair even for office to have great posture!
Excellent chair! Very comfortable and easy to setup. Surprised of how far you can actually lean back while reclined and still not tip over at all.

Missing instructions.
So far I am not very pleased as my chair came with no instructions what so ever. I found some video's online but the tricky part is using the correct hardware (bolts, screws) to get it setup. Once I get it figured out and setup for use I might change my rating but missing something so simple caused me to rate 3 stars.

The chair itself is very good. Just about every part of it is adjustable
The chair itself is very good. Just about every part of it is adjustable, and though it is very firm, it manages to be comfortable. The only negative thing I experienced was trying to put it together when the instructions they sent were for a different chair. It wasn't all that difficult to figure out, though, so I'll still give it five stars
