Perfect!
SO EXCITED to teach my daughter to play the piano using the same books that I used as a child in the 70's. Highly recommend these books. EASY! Teaches notes, finger placement and counting in the most comprehensive way.

Helpful for Beginning Pianists
I use this with all my beginning piano students to help develop beginning note reading skills and technique. I've had four kids work through it so far, and definitely find it useful for learning.

Simple and fun paino book for beginners in learning the piano
great book easy to read and understand very gentle on the eyes has little doodles in it to encourage you to play. it's a great book for children. Who are learning how to play the piano for the first time. has many scales. however I believe that anyone can benefit from this book regardless of their age. this is a beginner's book the absolute basic which is great when learning something new.

excellent
This is super for young ones but over 8 years I start with book 1. Dozen a day is an essential series. I have recently taken on Grade 5 and 6 students who have never done dozen a day and their technique is not up to my Grade 3s.
