Great set! Good push up bars and ab roller
Had to come back an write a review. I rarely write reviews but I love this set. The set comes with an ab roller, push-up bars and some stretchy straps. The ab roller rolls smooth and is easy to use. It is sturdy as well, but I am light weight— just over 100 pounds. What I’m really excited about is the push up bars that came with the ab roller— I use them more than the ab roller. It’s been great in learning new calisthenic skills and building strength. I appreciate the booklet that comes with the set. It has different things you can do with the ab roller and push up bars (parelletes). I am currently working to do a handstand. And I learned tucked planche as shown in the booklet. All in all, I recommend this set for the price— which was not high because of a coupon I had. It is fun to use and keeps me busy.

It is what it is, use it as intended and you'll be sore. Lol
Awesome little kit. Helps me keep in shape while traveling for work. Easy to use, slides easily, feels comfortable when using them.

Better than the sum of its parts
No need to “reinvent the wheel here” literally. Some ab wheels nowadays look like Mars Rovers and it’s just not necessary. This one is simple, well put together and if anything a little TOO sturdy. And of course who can resist more stuff thrown in? Even if that stuff isn’t exactly the best quality. The wheel: 4 piece nice sturdy wheel. The cross bar is metal Which is a nice bonus, the handles provide a tough, ergonomic grip and the wheel itself is wide and stable yet still able to roll out at angles to attack those other abdominal areas. As already mentioned it is VERY stable so that could be a good or bad thing depending on what you’re looking for in a core exercise. The bands: standard fare but by far the best “additional parts” once you get a system down with a bit of experimenting they really add to the experience. Easy on, easy off, not sure how long they will last but the cloth covers are a nice touch. The Push Up handles: Again what you would expect, 3 piece design that seems to copy the mold of the orange and grey Nike ones but made with a far cheaper plastic. I’m 5’11 210 and if my form isn’t perfect they make me a little nervous. Wouldn’t rule out a wild set resulting in one breaking somewhere causing a nice ground kiss. Still if you keep it smooth and controlled they should hold up. The Knee Pad: A throwaway for me. The pad fits one of my knees with plenty of room but 2? Not sure who it was modeled for.. its also so thin you’re better off just getting a decent padded mat for your ground work. Kind of disappointing as the wheel and the kneeled are generally what you’re after with a product like this. But that said you get ok push-up handles and good bands with it so all together I’d say it’s a good purchase for under $30.

You get what you pay for, this is worth it.
This is a very simple, snap and play, set up. It is rather cheap feeling but will get the job done. As an older (47) person who still lover to work out and needs her knee pads, these are garbage. I still use my yoga mat but otherwise the roller and push up bars are perfect for someone that's not looking for anything flashy, just functional.

Cost affective fat reduction kit.
Yo these little tools wont be found at any fancy gym but a dude in a 5X8 could get shredded with these. Descent quality for $20

Roller and resistance bands work fine; a wobbly pushup bar
Roller works fine with the bands. The knee pads are sufficient - I received two, which I'm not sure is a change from before, considering the number of reviews mentioning a single tiny pad. One of the pushup bars is not secure on its base and wobbles uncomfortably when used. I tried switching the base parts around, with minimal improvement. The pushup bar grip size is just okay, a bit narrow in my opinion - I use gloves while using them (if you're a shorter and/or lighter than average, may not be an issue). Would give five stars if the bars were sturdy. I'd advise people looking for both pushup bars and a roller to potentially seek individual products for better quality pushup bars.

Ouch!
I can kick my own butt at home with this set if I can’t make it to the gym. I do 4 sets of: 12 push-ups, 12 ab rollers, 30 second wall squats. Paired with 4-5 miles of walking sometime later that day. Of course a personal trainer will push me harder, but this set keeps me moving. The knee pads doubled up are perfect for my bad knee, the handles on the ab roller feel good on my hands with all of my weight pushed against, and the resistance band’s tautness is perfect and helps me stretch very well. There’s nothing bad to say about this set and you really cannot beat the price.

I bought this quite some time ago in an effort to step up my workout routine. I'd slacked off severely after landing a highly demanding job and had the physical results to prove it. I'm now here to report that I look exactly the same—and maybe even a little more rotund—all these months later, as the plan didn't quite kick into gear. So why the five stars? Well, as it turns out, when I thought I'd "misplaced" my unopened ab roller during a home renovation, it was actually taken by my brother. I discovered this only a few days ago when he boasted about his home gym setup and I went to see it. His makeshift gym was packed full of MY workout gear that I'd not used in eons, including this ab roller! His assessment: This is of a better quality than any of the ab rollers he has used in the past. He said that it's easy to set up, sturdy, and rolls smoothly during use. The kneepads are a great addition, as are the pushup bars and resistance bands that give for a thorough workout. He's thrilled with how much this has enhanced his workouts, and also noted that it's very portable for moving from room to room (or house to house, in his case). My brother even "let" me give the ab roller a try, to prove his point. And yeah... what he said. A few workouts using it and I'm very impressed. Can really feel the core burn. Basically, he sold it to me so well that I've demanded he replace my one. It's on its way!

This ab roller is a great addition to any workout routine. It rolls smoothly and was easy to assemble. The build is sturdy and held up perfectly for my 140 lbs. It really challenges your core in the best way possible, providing a great workout. Plus, the variety of exercise ideas included was a fun bonus. Highly recommended!

This is a really good product, killer on the abs you can go on your knees and roll with it or for a harder challenge’ just stand in the push up position and roll with it. It’s all about focusing your core muscles. Highly recommended!!

I didn’t expect a simple wheel to transform my workouts — but this EnterSports Ab Rollers, Ab Trainer for Home with Two Knee Mats absolutely surprised me. First off, this thing is built tough. The roller has a wide, non-slip wheel and durable stainless steel shaft, so it feels stable and controlled even when you go deep into your rollout — no wobbling around like cheaper ab wheels I’ve tried before. The non-slip grips also keep your hands secure, even when you start sweating. The set comes with two thick knee pads, which are a lifesaver for longer sessions at home. No more sore knees — you can focus entirely on pushing through your reps. That paired with the roller means your abs feel it instantly. Beginners will appreciate that comfort boost, and more advanced users can really challenge themselves. What sets it apart from other simple ab rollers I’ve used is how versatile it is. Yes, the core activation is the star — but the design lets you mix in moves that hit your shoulders, back, hips and even arms. It’s not just a “one-trick wheel.” 💡 Real-World Use: • Super easy to assemble and take anywhere (living room, gym, travel). • Quiet and smooth rolling — no loud squeaks or annoying grind. • You feel results quickly — core engagement is noticeable even after a few sessions. If I have one downside, it’s that die-hard pros might crave heavier resistance bands or more varied accessories — but for most of us building strength at home, this is seriously effective for the price.
