Super quick and easy to set up, simple to use, "does what it says on the tin". You can't go wrong really. I bought this for my wife who has severe sight impairments and the choice of bright colours was helpful so that I could pick a colour which she would easily spot around the living room. The arrangement of the buttons is also useful meaning simply counting form top to bottom you can easily distinguish the Channel Up/Down and Volume Up/Down buttons. The Power button is a different shape and the mute button at the bottom is much smaller.The easy 4 step setup for buttons was a breeze -Step 1: Press and hold both Ch. Up and Power buttons until LED flashes quickly.Step 2: Press the button you want to program.Step 3: Point the source remote into the end of the Seki remote and press and hold the button you want to assign on the source remote until the LED on the Seki flashes twice slowly and then stays on.Step 4: Press both Ch. Up and Power buttons to exit setup.Repeat for each button you want to program. I set it up so that the power button turns the TV on and off, but the channel, volume and mute buttons operate the PVR set top box.The remote takes 2 AAA batteries which aren't included in the package, so bear that in mind when ordering one. Other than that, it's a great purchase to make life easier for the visually impaired.

Worked as intended with latest Virgin Media box. Had to set a couple of the buttons twice to get the code to stick. Once in a while, repeatedly pressing a button (for example to turn down the volume) seems to send a completely different code, annoying but rare. Effective to provide an elderly user with one simple control (change channel or volume, turn TV on and off; I repurposed the bottom button to close the EPG, in case someone else left it open) instead of juggling a complicated cable remote to select programmes plus the TV set remote for volume.

Fantastic product-ideal for those that find life technologically challenging. Rather fiddly to set up, when teaching it control features from another remote, hence 4 not 5 stars. Had to do this several times before it finally worked. So easy to use. My mum had stopped watching TV before I bought this. Now she is an avid 'flicker'!

Works just as advertised. Took a few attempts to follow the instructions accurately but once I had worked it out - No Problems.The remote is for my Auntie who had a stroke and can only use one hand (which is severly deformed) but she was able to hold this remote in her hand and chanage the TV channel by herself.

Well chuffed with this. Set up to control my yamaha amp that had a faulty power button on its remote. Set up and working perfectly within ten minutes.
