This item is worth the money and as a supplement I feel it does exactly what it’s designed to do.

These have zero favor (that’s a good thing), and the gelatin capsule makes the large-ish size easy to swallow. For my purposes I take two with my first meal and two with my last meal of the day to meet daily requirements, and a separate vitamin D supplement a couple of times a week. That and a fish oil supplement are all I take. Other supplements occasionally come and go, but this is my bedrock.

Well sourced, traceable ingredients. Generally gluten free and have not had any issues with OsteoForce.

Based on taking this supplement for 2 weeks, i can already tell that it is working better than the calcium plus vitamin D that I was using previously. My nails are like talons, and super strong, so i imagine my bones are soaking up all the good minerals and vitamins too ! My only "complaint" is that the dosage is 6 capsules per day, broken into 2 doses. I can't take this in the morning, because of other medications i take, and I am not a person who carries around a pill case, so I often find that I forget to take the lunchtime dose.it can be burdensome to have to carry and take so many pills, especially when one is traveling for the weekend.

An excellent and effective all-natural supplement that has helped my elderly mother who was suffering from osteoporosis strengthen her bones!
